First off this is an company that openly accepts being selected as vendor to transport patient that are in need of an ambulette or wheelchair assistance that is billed through Medicaid. However, this company lacks complete professionalism and should not even be allow to receive any type of funding from insurance company due to the mannerism and complete lack of tact. This vendor was selected randomly by an insurance company to transport a patient back home, was unwilling to provide a pick up time, and was upset that his number was provided. If i was able to report that place to no longer be selected as vendor, I would!

I call the supervisor of this company. His name is Steve. I informed him I was in the street about to get in my car when one of his drive was speeding down the street almost hitting me. I proceeded to get in my vehicle and saw the van double parked on St. John's and Franklin where I could have had so words for the driver. Instead, I went the professional route and call the company giving them the number that was on the van. The number didn't help at all. Steve didn't know who the driver was even after giving him two sets of numbers. Then, this manager sound so uninterested in what I was saying. He sound very rude as well. When asked how would I know this was taking care of, his response was because I told you it would. Never apologizing about his drive or reassuring me. I also asked if this company had a complaint number. I was told no. I would not trust this company driving anyone in my family around. Steve said well he didn't hit you. I say that he came so close to hitting me because he was driving reckless speeding down a city street. That is why I left this review. I was angry because I was almost hit by a van that says Courtesy transportation and the manager nor the drive was courteous.
