This review is long overdue. The first time I heard about LI live health club it was on Groupon about a month and a half ago. I called and spoke to a young gentlemen who was one of the trainers there. I spoke about my goals and my willingness to eat better and he informed me that there was a female trainer there that could not only train me, she was also a nutritionist. A day or two later I was training. The energy there was super positive. I had a lot of laughs while learning to get in shape. Unfortunately, I could not finish the sessions, still in the short span of time I learned a lot and even started meal prepping on Sunday’s which I was inspired to do from my former trainer.😌

Can't wait for them to open soon, dates keep getting pushed back but it'll happen! Great gym, great atmosphere, trainers Lauren and Wade are super professional, know what they are talking about and are really easy to talk to and do business with.

My first time going here and first time doing Cryo-therapy I was happy with the results. I also went in the sauna after Cryo and stretched out and my tight/sore muscles definitely felt much better. The employees were very nice and considerate and do their job very well. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend if you feel muscle soreness.

I was taken back how sweet Lauren was throughout my visit. She was so friendly, warm, cheerful, and kind. I didn't catch the gentleman who was training someone, but he was outstanding as well. This place is incredible! The facility has exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place.
