Trying to cancel your membership is a nightmare! I canceled my membership 2 months ago, went in personally and filled out the necessary paperwork, they have continually charged me for monthly membership as well as personal training sessions since I have canceled. They don’t return emails or phone calls, the manager is never around to speak to you. DO NOT JOIN...you can never leave 🙄

Zero stars!! I've been trying to cancel my membership since December 2019 - in person, online, and via certified mail per their website instructions. No reply but I keep getting billed. I haven't been to the gym since May 2019. I've been in physical therapy and recently got gel injections in both knees so that I can walk. DON'T JOIN!

We cancelled our daughters gym memebership back in June & agreed to the "45 days it would take to cancel the membership" It is now January and still being charged and with random amounts, email written, no response, Look at the BBB listing, it is littered with the same complaints! They don't even need to open the doors with all the money they are continually collecting from former members alone! Stay away or you will be paying forever!

This place is horrible and they cheat people. I had my membership canceled and they are still charging me every month. When I go there, there is never a manager available with whom I can speak to.
