Roslyn Limousine

We have constantly booked with this Limo to get to and from JFK Airport. We constant used them for our wedding. After this previous journey - we will not be using them another time. Unskilled drivers doing gossips and risky drive. We were on a limo with family. It had to be stopped several times to stop the van from shaking so much that the driver about lost control. Yes - we realize that things break but not when you have someone's life in your hands. After our trip - we tried to contact Limo service more than 4 times. No answer! Seems like as long as you have paid - they don't bother to hear your complaint or want repeat business. We will not use this Limo for future trips.

My wife and I used Roslyn limousine for a night on the town in the city for the holidays to see the tree, dinner, etc. and had a wonderful time. First I booked with Jenna and I wanted to see their fleet.so I went to their lot to look at the limos. Jenna took the time to come out and show us their cars and unfortunately it was a cold day but she came out and showed us the vehicles with no hesitation. For our night we had a driver named Jason who was polite and courteous and showed up half an hour early for our night out. Even though the city was crazy it was a nice relaxing evening to be driven around and enjoy the holiday sights. I would definitely use their service again and if you can book your event with Jenna she is very helpful and patient.
