Concerned Dental Care of Richmond Hill

I just got here and I'm already annoyed. The building is kind nasty. I'm in the waiting area and there are several people waiting and no chairs left to sit down. So how long will I be standing here? The staff has given me no information or even asked my name. I would never have picked this place I got it from the list the insurance company sent me and it's close to my home. I will write another review after I see the dentist, whenever that may be!

This place is trash. The staff is very unprofessional, they are not very helpful. I called in for an appointment because I was experiencing a lot of pain I was told they can’t see me the day I called in, and the dentist won’t be in for the rest of the week because his wife was giving birth when I ask what I’m supposed to do regarding the pain I was experiencing I was told to go find another dentist that will take my insurance. A bunch of incompetent fools including the dentist.

Tried to make an appointment for myself and two kids and they did not even tried to accommodate us. The entire process was not inviting.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I only made an appointment here because of the few good reviews, which must be false. I've had two appointments and still wasn't able to get a cleaning, maybe because the hygienist was too busy talking in the hallway. They overbook and then tell you they don't have enough time to finish up with you then reschedule you for another day. Worst dental office I've ever been to, I don't plan on coming back. Stear clear of this place, unless you don't mind having your time wasted.

This place is a SCAM. Made me pay 75 dollars for a “ consultation “ only to tell me they don’t do wisdom tooth extractions. I made it very clear what I needed to done when I schedule this appointment. Rude staff and the office is rundown and disgusting . Don’t waste your time here
