Brittany Apartments

I stayed here around 4-5 years ago with my father, some bug issues but we managed.Management at least tried to work with you sending inspectors out. Not the greatest place to live but I would say, well I would have said it’s a great place to use as a stepping stone for 1 or 2 years. Tried to lease a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment this year with a friend and my girl. Having just managed a 1200 dollar a month rent at my previous apartment (loft), bringing well over the 950 dollar rent to the table and excellent credit. Yet and still management could not expedite my process strung us along for 2 months till the lease was up. We called every week and we’re assured we’d get a call back in the upcoming days. Now my lease is up, I call to ask what is going on and if you can understand my frustration stated that “I’ve moved into much nicer places for less than half the headache”. Management subsequently hangs up on me and calls my friend the other leaser to say they were going to run our papers “finally” and we would have passed “today of all days” but that I disrespected them so we were denied. Absolute trash management team charged 2 of us 25 dollar app fees and one of us 10. It seems they have no idea how to do their job or really of the daily tasks they are supposed to handle.

Extremely rude and lazy staff the picture online DOES NOT do this property justice the shingles are falling off the roofs the balconies wood is rotting this place should be shut down until they can update the all of the community buildings it's not worth 900 of rent they are charging

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff is BEYOND RUDE! Nothing ever gets fixed the tub leaked between the walls, into the living room and kitchen. Not enough maintenance was their excuse but what they do have plenty of is bugs, mold, and excuses! Jasmine is the worst of all the staff members and she is the person that handles the front end! Please save yourself the hassle just don’t do it! If I could remove the one star I would! The worst place ever to live!

I lived here for 3 months so far i don't have any issues with maintenance they come at a timely manner. I don't have any issues with bugs and the office people are very friendly. Most people don't have clean apartments that is why they got bugs. Yes the building is older but for the size you cant beat the rent.
