Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We have had bad luck with our vehicles being hit or stolen and even with our insurance reserving us a vehicle 24hrs in advance, they refuse to honor the reservation. Most greedy company, absolutely no empathy.

Went to enterprise in Goldsboro and the customer service sucks we waited at least 30mins with nobody saying why we was still waiting until I asked then I was told for the car to be clean so when the car finally pulled up the seats are all stained and the passenger seat had dirt,hair all over it when I said something to the female she just stood there looking stupid enterprise do better 😑 🤬🤬🤬

Do yourself a favor and go to the next county to rent a car. After waiting an hour for them too clean the car, the car came out dirty. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to wait longer. Additionally, they require a CC not debit. There was no flexibility to do partial cc fee and partial debit. When the only person with halfway decent customer service ask for a way to make exceptions, the response from her authority came with a whole heap of attitude. It took over two hours to rent the car and start my road road.

The insurance adjusted reserved a car for us but we ended up with a truck.
