Poor customer service locally

I stop by during business hours to inquire about a reservation I had placed! First the door was locked understanding COVID is around I called. Employee was surprised the door was locked. Then informed me that the experience employee was out to get brakes checked on the their vehicle! Understanding I ask when was a good time for me to come back, let them know I was going to be gone for an hour and Ill give them a call to see if he was back. Hour went by and there was no answer. I called Budget Customer service just for them to tell me to call them let it ring once hang up and then call right back. So by surprise they pick up. I ask if the employee was back and no she had no idea when he was going to be back. I asked for her to have him give me a call when he gets in! This was at 0928 it is now 1916 in the evening and I have not received a call back from this location! On top of that my RESERVATION WAS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD GET MY TRUCK!!! With all that said.. DO NOT RENT A MOVING TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE A SOLIDIFIED TIMELINE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Poor customer service. The ac was not working and they asked me had I checked the levels .... They would not give me a comparable vehicle or a reduction in rate for the day.
