Placed an expensive order for delivery. The flowers look nothing like what was supposed to be delivered. As you can see here it's like they forgot about my order n just threw something together n delivered it......

Can't say enough about customer service and quality of the beauty arrangement that was delivered for a very special event on a last minute order. My original order from a very reputable other florist in the area cancelled my order due to too many orders for the day. Green Thumb came through at the last minute, on a Saturday, with amazing willingness to savage the occasion and an equal awesome arrangement! Thank you again for your great customer service. I have new go to florist!!

Ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday.I understand sometimes having to make substitutions, but the arrangement looked nothing like what was ordered from the vase to the flowers and the card read "Happy 29th Anniversary" instead of "Happy 29th Birthday". I have seen better and much cheaper at grocery florist.
