        The new management team are very pleasant, friendly & professional. They send us emails to keep us updated on important information. The maintenance guys (Andy & Rowland) are prompt, courteous & a joy to interact with.

        Staff here is great! Did my application and within a week I was moving in. Maintenance is fast with the request. Love the free coffee/tea area in the club house. Absolutely love the Hub locker for all deliveries, no more stolen packages. The community is great 10/10 recommend.

        This place has the worst rude people in the office. They over charge you every month for the water bill. They do no upkeep. Mold in the bathroom s . Please never ever rent here. Fighting all the time . Gates always broken. Dishwasher so old so nasty. . All windows have mold. For your own sake and heath never ever rent here. One lady in the office acts like she would fight you. When you have a concern.

        I dont understand the rent & the break down is unclear. I paid my rent and I log back in to see another charge & Im like wth. I guess b/c water really isnt included. It doesnt make sense the website is trash and they need to upgrade. Ive been coming home @ 7:30 8 for the last 2weeks & the gate has been opened. Whats the point of having the gated community if the gates arent working. Other than that living here has been fine! So 3 stars I guess
