Its a NO for me! Stopped in twice left my # the first time never got a call and 2nd time act like the travel agent was so busy thanks but no thanks.

This AAA used to have great customer service. During 2022 our previous agent moved to another area of AAA. Since that time, we have had to reach out to the new agent to remind her that we still needed to pay our balance for an Hawaiian cruise previously booked in February 2022. She indicated our information was misfiled which was why they couldn't find it originally. This didn't leave a great impression, but even more so it did not leave us with a great level of confidence. Although we had a few other issues, our biggest one was when we finally arrived at the Hilton in Honolulu and went to check in, the room we had reserved and paid for was unavailable. This room had been reserved for a year. By this time it was after 8:30 p.m. on a long day of travel. I sent a message to our new travel agent (it was 2:30 a.m. in Cincinnati) so I knew she wouldn't receive it until Friday morning when she arrived at work. Her response was she was sorry to hear about our room and would see what she could do about it. Needless to say, nothing was done on her part because we didn't hear back from her. This obviously was not how we planned to start a trip that had been on our bucket list for quite sometime. Needless to say, we'll probably start looking for a new travel agent because we want someone that is reliable for future travel.
