Horrible customer service! Calling around to purchase a wedding gift. Man randomly answers when I ask for Precision he tells me call back during regular business hours....I ask what are your normal business hours and he tells me "do me a favor don't call back" DON"T WORRY I WON'T

In my experience, poor flight instruction, very difficult to work and communicate with. I would not recomend Precision helicopter.

What a way to see Cleveland and vicinity! Great gift idea. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather but Dan, the pilot, called well in advance to tell me that we would not be able to fly. Once the weather cooperated we circled downtown then followed I77 down to Cuyahoga national park for an hour. I got some fantastic photos suitable for framing. Give it a try.
