Cap City Decks & Patios

My experience with Cap City Decks & Patios has been wonderful. The workmanship was excellent and their crew was so clean cut and polite. Zach, the project manager,, said they would exceed my expectations and he was Right!

One of the co-owners, Chris, , came to our house on April 12th, and gave us a verbal, attractive plan to replacing existing steps from our screened porch to a brick patio which he would change to a stone patio. He stressed to my husband that he could give us a break on price if we signed at that time and he quoted a price. Hes a great salesman, & even though the price was considerably more than the one he mentioned to my husband, I signed the contract and I gave him a deposit of $300. The contract stated the $300 could be refunded if we changed my our minds within 72 hours. For various reasons, my husband and I changed our minds four hours later & requested a refund of the $300. Although I have contacted the company several times about the refund, we havent received a response or a refund.

Working with Chris and his team has been awesome. Knowing that they had a great reputation in Columbus for deck and patio, we also saw the types of pergolas and pavilions that they have built. If anyone is looking for an upgrade to their backyard, this is the team to work with! Service: Pergola construction
