I had a really bad experience I just can't deal with the rudeness and disrespect. They didn't treat me like a human being, it's uncalled for. I just don't recommend it. The doctors were neicer.

I was somehow managed to be scheduled in for X-rays and cleaning. I say somehow as I have since had THREE appointments canceled each THREE weeks apart from each other! I have four teeth that need work but this appointment was literally scheduled to work on ONE tooth! I cannot imagine it should take NINE weeks or more to have ONE tooth fixed!! What about the others?! At this rate it would take a year to take care of the four that need work, if I didnt end up having to lose them!! I will definitely be calling my insurance to change them from being my primary! What good is dental insurance if you cant get in?! As for the cleaning? It wasnt one at all! But Id be willing to bet they charged my insurance for a cleaning!

If I could give 0 stars, i would. I'd like to be able to tell you what their work is like but I can't because they never submitted all of my paperwork to Caresource for approval. When they did resubmit, they STILL didn't include everything caresource requested. The receptionist was very rude and no one would help me. The one appointment I did have, the doctor didn't have the best bedside manner. The hygienist was nice though, but that was my only pleasant experience. Going here is pointless.

As scary as dental procedures can be for some, the dentist and dental assistant were so nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The scheduling not being as quick and convenient sucks but were in a weird time right now and it isnt their fault. Thank you!
