Generation Flowers

Great business. Crystal was attentive, prepared, and knowledgeable. As soon as she answered the phone, she was efficient, kind, and professional. She knew her products, service, and options. I gave her my budget and she quickly put together a nice package for a relative's birthday. This is helpful since I do not live the the same town - 1500 miles away - I am confident she will do her best. I recommend them and I would use them again.

NO ONE IS THERE! Ordered online. ordered flowers for friends birthday to be delivered next day.receved confirmation. credit card was manually entered but flowers never delivered. tried to call them, but got message phone facility not working, tried to email them but no response from Tammy Marten. Finally called the business next door to them to check the business. She said it looked like they were moving.There was no one there and no sign on door. I did dispute payment with my bank.

This business not only does not exist any longer, they have a bogus recording stating the phone service in the city isn't working...which it is working just fine. They took my daughter's $150.00 that she paid for my mother's surgery and did not give her any communication. She is now out $150. I will make sure and report them to the BBB and hope to God they don't try to rip anyone else off. There is no one at this brick and mortar location. The building is empty. Shame on them.

The flowers were on time and in good condition but spending 90$ for 4 flowers and the vase the size of a cup is un acceptable. We got flowers for mom for her birthday It was a Huge rip off. When we called to see if it was a mix up they gave rude comments such as "I'm sorry you expected more from your husband" and were completely unsupportive. Will never order from here again. Oh yeah and be aware of the extra service fees be the way.

I am posting under my wife's account. I ordered flowers for my wife, along with balloons and teddy bears for my girls. The staff was very friendly and helped me piece together my order. I'll start by saying the flowers were terrific (roses and lillies). They actually gave me more lillies than I asked and paid for, I'm assuming because they thought it would fill out the boquet better - They were right. I'll also add that we originally missed our delivery because it was a surprise and my wife didn't know to stay home (my fault). However, the driver came back a second time, working late on a Friday Valentine's Day night to make sure we got our order. She was very friendly and wished my girls happy valentines. My girls love the bears and balloons, which also came with a packet of chocolate kisses each. Service and flowers were excellent and I will use this florist again. Jason
