Lawton Floral West

I ordered flowers and a plant for my daughter in law and absolutely loved what she got. They were so nice and helpful on the phone and they even texted me some pictures so I could see their plants. They had what I ordered out for delivery very fast and when no one was home they went back out to deliver when they got home.

I can't say enough good about Lawton Floral! I live in Nashville, TN and had ordered a special arrangement through another service on the internet. At the last minute I was informed that the other location no longer could provide the arrangement I wanted (I had ordered it 2 days before so my sister would receive it on a Friday). I decided that I would just call someone directly and got a very pleasant lady who totally understood and promised the arrangement would be what I wanted and would arrive the same day. My sister was thrilled!! They had gone above and beyond my expectations and saved the day. Needless to say, they are now on speed dial. Thank all of you at Lawton Floral for your service!!!

Extremely disappointed. My husband tried to surprise we with flowers today, Valentine’s Day, and was told that they would be delivered to my work this morning. Well, I came home from work and my husband asked me if I liked my flowers. When I told him that I hadn’t received flower, he called Lawton Floral West. This was at 5:30pm. He was told that they would be delivered to our house. So we waited, putting off our Valentine’s Day plans. By about 7:30pm he called again and spoke to a very rude lady. I work in customer service myself, and I have delt with my fair share of unhappy people. She was not apologetic at all. She acted like it was an inconvenience to hear from a paying customer. The flowers finally arrived at 9:00pm. We put off all plans to wait to them, and when they arrived they were very clearly thrown together. These flowers were far too expensive to look like something you could purchase from Walmart. I completely understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy day for flower shops, but if you can’t deliver something on time my husband should have received a phone call. These flowers were to be delivered to my work, and if he hadn’t of contacted the flower shop when I got home who knows where they would have been delivered.
