        I wasn't sastified with the orders. They didn't look as good as provided pictures.

        EXCELLENT! The first order was in person and their customer service was awesome. The second order was placed online and I was not let down. They provided "Quality" products both times and that is what counts, especially when ordering online. In the past, I have ordered through other companies websites and every time it was a disappointment. I am very pleased and will continue to use this florist in the future.
