      I'm So sorry you did not like your vase. Our number one requested vase is a mason jar, we have them in teal, pink, purple, blue, yellow, orange and clear. The Company that your sender sent from was a online call center and the arrangement that was chosen was not something we would fill. We requested a sub for designers choice and they agreed. If you would like we would be more than happy to send you another bouquet in more of a utility style vase. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment in the vase we chose to fill your arrangement.

      We are so sorry that you were unsatisfied with your flowers. I did try to look you up, but you were not in our system as a customer. Maybe this was an instore pick-up, and had we known you were unhappy when you left we would have been more than happy yo have fixed it then!
