I reserved my rental on Feb 28, 2024 with the same card they told me when I went to pick up my rental, they couldnt accept for deposit I ended up having to spending another $500+ through a different company on the day of my sons birthday ruined our plans for the day because I had to shop for another car o refuse to rent a car here ever again and Im only giving 1 star because I have to or else I wouldnt give any

I would most definitely love to give this rental agency five stars but when you impact the well-being and livelihood of someone that makes it a little difficult. It is a great place to rent from I will give it that but you definitely have to read the small print that isn't there. I'm posting for those coming to this location as Uber drivers looking for Dependable transportation to continue their Journey with the Uber company. If you are an Uber driver Please be aware they have a one and done policy. The second you get in a car accident regardless of whether it's your fault or not the car is taken from you. Your Uber account can still be in good standing and still be active, that has nothing to do with the Uber rental service. Blaming it on corporate the reason for not being able to issue a rental.Surprisingly. And you find out otherwise from a corporate office representative when the run you DL number... your in good standing with them as well there are no problems there. HUGE IMPACT. Now no job cause no car... can't claim unemployment as an independent contractor especially if you didn't technically lose your job (your uber account is still active) what a way to investigate that police report when clearly other driver admitted on scene being at fault... this is the accident that was chosen to determ8ne I can't rent from you agency anymore. 2 years of being a loyal preferred customer paying over 28,000$ in rental charges alone. Returning them in better condition than I received them. I can't count how many times I was put into a dirty vehicle as an Uber driver and had to invest between 4 and 6 hours just to get the vehicle up to par to begin my job. Or need I add the carelessness that is possessedBy the employees and staff members to have the audacity to issue out a vehicle that has service lights onOr maintenance issues needing tending to such as oil changes, tire pressures,Good tiresEtc with that in mind those reading this review make sure you check your car when you rent from themOr you'll definitely need that roadside assistance. Which is actually crazyBecause Uber has requirements in order to be able to driveWhich pertain to all maintenanceIssuesBeing addressedResulting in the vehicle having no service. lights onAnd no maintenance issues. Hello... as a professional driver we have lives in our hands on a daily and regular basis.. And we are trusting and depending that the vehicles you rent out to usAre well maintained and have no service issues.It's completely understandable in a time of inflation everyone needs money now but to risk someone's lifeBy not fully maintaining a car before you rent it out Just to make a fast dollarIs ridiculousDouble check your car before you take it off the lot, you should do this with any rental agency but this one in particular. You can thank me later
