Greg Avery was our contractor as we replaced our 30-year old Subzero refrigerator and freezer with new Monogram matching refrigerator and freezer. The process involved getting the old appliances out--no small task, then replacing rotted flooring, leveling and replacing flooring tile, replacing a leaking water line and repositioning the water valve, repositioning electrical boxes, and redoing the finished cabinetry. The result is beautiful--just what I envisioned. Greg was VERY reliable and easy to work with. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and at the price he quoted. He responded to texts and emails, showed up when scheduled, and hired quality professionals. He is definitely who we will call when we have another major project. It sure beats trying to find the right people and manage a project by ourselves.
