Wants to evict tenants over grandmother watching grandkids 5 days out of week claims she needs to be on the lease to be in my apartment shes never spent the night strictly to babysit. claims they have pictures and videos proof then they would know she comes and goes apartments not worth the ground its on they never take care of amenities needing fixed. They think because its not standard to have a dish washer that they dont have to fix it letting it flood the kitchen for 2 months. You ask me just another monopoly to control housing. Lots of kids that run all over to place jumping on your car throwing sticks rocks trash the place ..as long as you can deal with that the inside is nice mail box are locked steal

I'm so angry with this company! I had a roommate for 3 months, she opened a storage unit in the apartment complex. When she moved out she left the item in storage, I had to pay the fee's and take out the item by myself! I requested a refund and was denied!! I threatened to take them to court! Also raising the rent yearly!! I seriously can't wait to find a better rental company! If anyone knows of a better and cheaper than umbrellscamsareus!! Please let me know!

Ellen is always rude and has an attitude. Maintenance never helps Mold in every single room in the apartment. Maintenance let my dishwasher sit broken for 3 months after begging them to come help. Water backed up and caused a flood in my kitchen multiple times. Mail box has been damaged by someone and I cant even receive my mail anymore. They are never responsive or helpful at all. Probably one of the worst apartment complexes I have lived in. Neighbors have screamed at me, threatened to kick my dog and to hit me. Pool doesnt open until summer is practically over. Im never allowed to have guests at my house, I have been told people take pictures of me entering and leaving my apartment and videos of me and my family as well. Its truly disturbing, cant even go outside without feeling uncomfortable

Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Had woodpeckers in my wall for 6 weeks at Delta Grove, and had to show video proof at the main office, after i spoke to maintenance on site. Drain in my kitchen leaked to the floor for 3 days before being fixed. Felt I was charged more after moving out. Floor prep, when I paid for carpet cleaning before moving in. Maintenance stated during the move out check, wow, porcelain rolled tile. Definitely needs upgraded. Didnt cancel a check that was damaged (lost), by property managers daughter. Wrote another check just for both to be deposited. Asked for lease renewal in November 2022, 3 weeks later theres an envelope on my door that I didnt pay rent in May. Got my deposit due fees addressed to James, not Jared, and I lived there for 4 years. After all the emails, 2 deposited checks, and unpaid rent, you think theyd let the $38 go. It cost me $35 to cancel a check. These people are the definition of slum lords, given the other reviews Ive read. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH UMBRELLA.
