Michael is top notch. He restored red oak flooring and also replaced old carpeting with the same. The floors are beautiful! You cannot tell which flooring is new versus restored old wood. Michael is personable, timely and conscientious. My husband is a perfectionist woodworker and he was highly impressed with the floors. Definitely worth the wait! I wouldn’t use anyone else. Michael is a top-notch craftsman and professional businessman. He installed 1400 ft.² of white oak flooring in our house and the finished product exceeds our expectations. Michael is conscientious in all of his interactions: responding to inquiries promptly, listening to your ideas and providing solutions, and on-site he is super considerate of your home. There’s no one else we want touching our floors! We will recommend him to everyone. (Plus, he’s just an all-around great guy. We loved getting to know him!). My lovely oak floor crafted by Michael’s dad over 20 years ago suffered after having an unknown leak under my kitchen sink. Fortunately for me, Michael was able to successfully salvage much of it but what he replaced looks EXACTLY the same as the original! Not only was he extremely pleasant to work with but reasonable too! Michael Joos hardwood floors I highly recommend!👏🏽☺️
