The folks at Accell Wood Floors made the process easy from the first phone call. Unlike other companies, they allowed slots of time for people like us, moving into a new place with a narrow window of time. Jared came out, measured and assessed the floors and immediately wrote out an estimate. We were new to having an HOA, but Renee had answers and maneuvered the mysteries of the HOA, providing all necessary documentation. The final product....beautiful refinished floors. I would recommend Accell to anyone needing floor refinishing. Top notch, fast, friendly and professional.

Jared and his crew were wonderful to work with. Jared did an awesome job on the hardwood floors- great attention to detail and a perfectionist. During the remodel other subcontractors also recognized the quality of his work. Will definitely have him back for more floors as I remodel.

Accell Wood Floors have been to our house twice already. First time before we moved in to lay wood flooring to match existing wood floors in the bedrooms. I was amazed at what a great job they did matching the existing wood grain and stain color, but also lining up the new boards with the old so there were no transition bumps, gaps, etc at the door thresholds. A few years later we did some extensive remodeling and called them back to rework some of the living room. Originally, there was a stairwell in the living room. After the remodel they had to weave in new boards to cover that space and refinish the floors. You can not tell where the stairwell once was! For anyone who has seen this done wrong, it's glaringly obvious where the added boards are. Accell did a great job working their magic so the changes are invisible. The team at Accell not only did a great job, but they were great about communicating deliveries, arrival times, delays, & expectations of what we could/couldn't do once wood was finished. I would absolutely call them again!
