The person I spoke to took two phone calls (one that lasted about 5 minutes) while I met with him, interrupted me while I was speaking to him SEVEN TIMES to repeat the same information (unrelated to my next questions) and when he told me I needed a new policy (I have limited experience with car insurance, since I'm a relatively new driver) and I agreed, he laughed at me and spoke to me very sarcasticly. He blamed a different agent/office for mistakes made on my policy saying that "she's new, just got the business" and I have never walked out of anywhere that fast.
It's a shame, I'm looking for a lifelong insurance provider. Oh well! Next time, please try actually spending time listening and empathizing with a client's situation, and let them finish explaining before you decide what the problem is. Good luck.
