Bev played an integral part of our move to Portland. She is a wealth of knowledge, and worked her magic on our moving days to ease our woes as much as she could. She thinks outside the box for solutions, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered, youre adjusting OK, and she takes as much stress off of her clients as she can. She is nothing short of remarkable. I cannot recommend her enough.

"I had no idea on who or what Real Estate to call. I needed to sell my sister's house. I had no clue how to begin. I called Beverly at EXP Realty and got a call right back. She wanted to get a time for her to come and see the house and discuss listing it for me. It went very smoothly and I knew she would do a good job. She had pictures taken right away. They turned out great. She is very efficient. When I needed to ask questions, she told me to text her; it was easier to talk and it worked out great. It was the best communication. Got answers always quickly. Not knowing all the steps to do to get the home sold she was always willing to walk me through the paperwork. Beverlys team did amazing job throughout the entire process from listing to closing property. Becoming more and more of a technology driven process that can be intimidating to an already stressful process for many. The teams photography & digital marketing for all the social media platforms is fantastic! Always displayed a high level of Integrity, professionalism and communication.

My wife and I spent several months working with Beverly to find our new home. As a first time buyer, I thought she did an excellent job at guiding us through the process; From helping us refine our search and establish what is important to us in a home, all the way through to final closing documents, and everything in between. She was very responsive and demonstrated great communication. In the competitive market we're in, she provided advice and guidance that enabled us to secure a home we could be happy in. Beverly's attention to detail and insistence on a supplementary sewer inspection, revealed a necessary repair which gained us money back from the sellers - funds which would've otherwise come out of our own pocket. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
