Very comfortable and lots of room. Staff answered all the questions I had on time.

I called because their customer was lost for two hours and needed good directions to the home he had rented. My map was way put dated and didn't cover the area he was looking for. The lady on the phone acted like we were both stupid, so I told her ; was their customer and they should have personally showed him where the home was, instead of just giving him a key. She told us she could find someone to tell him directions.i told her to send someone personally to guide him at this point. She said she would call him. On his phone. I felt this poor old man had been put through too much already. I don't know the outcome of this story but good customer service is not being used if the customer is still sitting in a parking lot. For an hour trying to get directions to a rental after spending 2 hours looking for it. Although I could see the location in my mind from memory I was unable th describe the route with certainty. The lady on the phone wasn't even from here and was totally unhelpful.
