Tim has been my insurance guy for 20 years. I have always been amazed at how much he knows about insurance. Very competent and easy to talk to.

I had the exact opposite experience with the same agent at Fulhart insurance. Agent seemed knowledgeable, but as it turned out the flood insurance information we were given was incorrect and when trying to get it figured out the only way to get a response from him was to get his boss involved, every time. Very disappointed and moving our business elsewhere.
