        Delt with agent prior for questions, changed insurance companies due to agents failure to communicate. Nine calls over 2 weeks, never heard a thing. 5 times drive to office see if open, never open. Now representing Natuonwide, no contact have coverage questions. Question is what is covered, concerning wind and rain past winter causing damage. Find out not covered...what does insurance cover is my question!

        Tim and Susan have been very helpful in finding excellent insurance at good rates. They are quite knowledgeable about flood and earthquake insurance for those with concerns on those issues. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they are really busy and sometimes you have to wait for response.
