Smith's Flower Shop

Not because she couldn't do what I asked. Because of the way she responded when I asked. Just not a polite response at all. I actually will never go back in that store because of her approach. Most professionals would say I'm sorry, I can't do that but here are some other options. But I got a flat no, and then rambling about everything else she had to do and funerals and making me feel like I was the ridiculous one for walking into a flower shop asking for flowers.

Amazing. I called last minute for flowers for my Mother’s Birthday today. With Mother’s Day coming they were extremely busy but the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful. My Mom received the flowers , absolutely stunning flowers, within 2 hours of my call. I live in Florida and have been using Pepper’s for years... they now have reminded me why. 10 stars if I could.

The man there didn't seem to be able to do anything I was asking didn't know what flowers he was getting in the next day didn't know the colors of any silk or fresh flowers he was going to get he just wanted to know what I wanted to spend and leave it to him what went in the arrangement which i didn't think was acceptable or professional he acted like i was an inconvenience. So i left. Went to Bortmans. Which was a great place very helpful great assortment of everything alot better pricing
