I just moved to the Johnstown area and had serious plumbing issues at my home. I called many different companies and this was the only company to follow up. When they came to my home, I was very impressed with their service and honesty. They found all the issues and came up with a very good estimate for the work to be completed. They came out and replaced all the old galvanized steel pipes which were clogged with 100 years of rust and metal fragments. They did both my shower drain pipes (which traveled up two stories in the wall), replaced the whole drain in the tub itself, and even fixed a leaky PVC run; all in one day and for $1000 less than the original estimated cost to finish. After the workers were finished, they walked me through every aspect of what they completed, and also what I may need to look out for in the future regarding my old water lines and toilet. Their office followed up with a bill and refund the next morning. All in all, this business is extremely professional, affordable, and honest. What else could a home owner ask for? Workers were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would highly recommend this company for all my sewage work. They have an abundant amount of new technology.

I called to leave a message early yesterday and got a return call almost as soon as they opened. A plumber was sent later in the morning and repaired the gas hot water heater quickly and efficiently.

I would NOT have given Laurel Management Company one star but this was the only way to rate them. It has been 2 months and still waiting for the company to "write up an estimate!"
