Very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Ended up with a trashy looking roof that STILL LEAKS and they unplugged and pulled cords without permission leading to damage to one of our security cameras. Would not recommend EVER. They aren't responsive unless you YELL at them that you want your money back.

Scott’s crew did an awesome job and a great clean up on the roof replacement on my 1885 circa Victorian house with a very steep pitch. Work was done quickly and I am pleased!

I called to have my roof over my porch inspected and repaired because it had be leaking water. The secretary was pleasant and got me set up for my appointment. Scott was indeed on time for my appointment, however I was a couple minutes late. He did inspect and found two nails poking through a shingle which he did tar over.
After discussing that I didn’t have a roof guy and and talking about the insane service call fees he told me he’d be happy to come back and repair the portion that was potentially leaking if it indeed did leak again. Seeing as it was a few days away that it would rain I said that would be fantastic. During light rain it was fine. Then the heavy rain came and it did, unfortunately leak again. I called several times over the course of two weeks. Sometimes even twice a day. I emailed because maybe they would respond to that instead. I left voicemails asking to get called back. I have since received nothing. I don’t expect to get anything either. If you value your time, don’t pick this one.
I’m not sure how others do business but his is certainly not the way to treat anybody. I have since called another company. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

Very sloppy and unprofessional. I live in a townhouse. Neighbor got roof replaced by this company in Flying Hills. They covered her patio with a tarp to gather debris before pulling off the old shingles, but not ours. We were home early in the day but they never rang the doorbell to ask to lay tarp, but I figured they would be professional like the roofing company I went with two years ago and make sure the job was cleaned up properly at the end. We came home later that night to find a complete disaster on our front patio. Spoke with representative of company when they came back to pick up some extra boxes of supplies. He indicated that he would take care of it right away. As soon as I went back inside, he took off quickly in his truck. Lazy. Unprofessional. Rude. Weak.
I took care of it at end since I'm not having the 60 year old lady next door take care of it, and I wanted to use my patio - god knows how much complaining it would take to have them come back for the 15 min of work.

Literally haven't even had him work on my roof yet but it's been WEEKS since he has been in contact with us. We gave half of the pay and he already cashed the check but has not responded to any of my THREE VOICEMAILS I left him. If he does not respond in 2 days, I will not be working with him and will be getting my 6k back. HE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.
Edit: They worked on the roof but it looks slapped together, the employees made loud crow noises constantly and swore regularly. Not too bad BUT THEN. He insisted we had a miscommunication and he that he did not agree to fix everything that was agreed upon, said it was a breach of contract if we said that he was supposed to do it. Our problem, we should have had everything itemized instead of in a general listing. One of the last times they were here, they decided that it was okay to unplug one of our outdoor extension cords to OUR SECURITY CAMERAS to plug in a 3 way??? Well they ended up knocked the $200 camera down and causing it to have cosmetic damage along with microphone issues and it makes weird noises now. They didn't even realize they did it for 2 hours, then when they did realize they picked it up and put it back up where it had been and acted like nothing happened. I was not home when it happened but it's a camera so obviously it recorded what happened? When I got home to check on the camera they just said "yea we unplugged it a little bit ago to plug in a 3 way" I told them they actually knocked it down and his response was "oh, sorry". Now they haven't been here in 4 days but Scott wants to "talk" to us tomorrow, so he better be talking about how he can fix this because so far he has not handled any of this professionally. I'm hoping I dont have to get a lawyer involved. But best of all TODAY 8/1 it poured and we had SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER COME THROUGH OUR WALL THAT WE HAD TO PUT A BUCKET DOWN. Very irritated as the wall that leaked has never leaked like that.
Basically what you pay this guy is cheap compared to other companies is because the work is cheap. They never pick up the phone and they argued with me about if the camera "still work" then it shouldn't need to be replaced.
