Do not rent here unless you dont mind your rental being canceled after hours a day before your trip. I booked a commercial rental 2 weeks before my business trip and this location canceled the day before my scheduled pick up. I then went into the location the following morning when they opened (the day of my pick up) to try to have the issue resolved, they assured me that I would have the vehicle at pick up but at pick up they did not have the vehicle again. The reps said it was nothing they could do and the manager was very rude and not accommodating at all. All I asked was to receive a different vehicle perhaps a large SUV and he would not even help with that (sarcastic apology and denied helping) A complete nightmare! Not to mention there was another customer there already complaining and screaming about them giving someone else her rental and info. So disappointing I will never book with Hertz again

called 3 branches to get a car no one picked up transferred to a reservation line where they told me they can't help me and hung the phone up on me. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Never answered the phones on where and how to drop off the rental car and they just charge your account for whatever they feel like, and dont tell you about it. Good luck getting on the phone with them to ask about said charge.
