No matter whom I had to speak with at Hall and Copetas I was given 100% of their ability to help me get what I deserved. They answered all my questions in detail so I understood them and handled the insurance company to get me the care I deserved.

I hired this firm in September 2021. I used to receive a monthly follow up treatment phone call. Those calls ended in March 2023. I was encouraged by one of the attorneys to follow up with a neurosurgeon which I did in March. I emailed the firm that I did not feel comfortable having an aggressive surgery. Five weeks later I received a letter that they were releasing me as a client. I called to discuss this with Tom Hall and never received a return call. I have documentation of all received and initiated calls. Apparently my hesitation to have major surgery cut into their projected proceeds from my injury. The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring this firm. Filing a grievance with the PA Disciplinary Board.

Just had my settlement hearing and it was a success and that's all thanks to Bill Copetas! I highly recommend this firm to anyone going through job related issues.
