Our food was good, but our waitress needed to be trained again! Got sat at a dirty table and she was ticked that we asked for it to be cleaned. She took her good ole time taking our order, etc....The place only had 1 other table!! The only thing that saved our visit was a young man who was helping. He was great!

Stood inside for 20 minutes as servers and managers walked past me. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had so I will never go back.

Meh - Just another Chili's with the same mass produced food and weak drinks as you find in any other Chili's.

The skinny female server who's name begins with a D can't multi task or handle more than 3 tables at a time. I understand that wait times are long due to staffing shortages but she's scatter brained and acts like she's still new when she's been there for at least 2 years. She gets worse when they get busy. Managers are just as bad as the servers, with the exception of one who actually gives everyone direction. There are 2 stalls in the ladies room that have no locks on the doors.
