They contacted me. We are planning to list our house in less than a year so I thought I would hear them out. Everyone was nice and professional. But, I told them what I was looking to get for my house and that I would not accept a low-ball offer. They scheduled an inspector who was very nice and informative and then offered about 30% below market value. Waste of time. No thanks.

This company is likely one step above a scam. Even if you are not selling your home and have no plans to sell your home, they will harass you endlessly. I receive junk mail, spam calls, and unsolicited text messages from Cheska, Sarah, Eric, and more. I do not want to sell my home at all, let alone to someone that will give me the lowest possible offer and then turn around and sell it at a much higher price for profit. They are ruthless in all the wrong ways. Avoid like the plague unless it's your only option. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. Leave me alone!

This company is amazing to work with!!! I've bought and sold a few homes in my life. And to be honest, they made it so easy it made me uneasy lol. Ferd comes out, awesome guy. About a half hour and we came to an agreement that I was VERY happy with. Signed everything electronically. Closed in about 5 weeks. They took care of EVERYTHING!
