Mark Diorio was a referral but he was terrible at returning phone calls and emails. MetLife was good when I dealt with them on a claim but I do not reccomend this office / broker.

Thanks to Mark D'Iorio for his time, hard work and patience's , he was able to get Auto coverage for my mother {A Florida Resident} ,Taking all the information all on the phone. I thought we would have to take a ride "Past the Towers" but Mark said we can take care of it on the phone.
It did take a few phone calls, giving Mark my mothers information, But He Got It Done!!
Thank you, Mark. I have been with Met Life for quit a few years and I am NEVER Disappointed with There Customer Service.
