T&T Painting Contractors

Contractor with low standards and bad attitude. I've dealt with many contractors in recent years, and this might be the worst one yet. I had them do a small painting job in one of my investment properties after it had a water leak. Soon after they were done, I heard complaints from my tenants about how horrible the job was: many areas with visible water stains still left on the wall unpainted, hole fillers were left unsanded and unpainted, the baseboard they put back was falling off, and no cleanup after the work which left the carpet dirty. Asked them to come back again, and unfortunately I heard from my tenants again about how sloppy the job still was. So I had to ask them to come back once again, and the owner almost ghosted me this time! there were still multiple areas with visible water stains. They reluctantly repainted the areas I pointed out. all I could hear from the owner was one excuse after another, with very bad attitude. To be honest, even after all the stuff they repainted, the job was still not high quality, I only let him go because I don't want to deal with him anymore. Avoid doing business with them if you can, and you will save a lot of time. If you want to work with them, make sure you or someone you trust is there watching their work, because they will cut corners. Incredible job in preparation clearly earning them their tag line Fanatics in Surface Preparation. Showed up on-time. Cleaned work area daily and the job superseded my expectations. Painted the exterior of my house. Returning in the winter for interior work. Priced competitively. I received many compliments on the job. Highly recommend Ricky and his crew. Hired T&T to stain my kitchen cabinets. The kitchen looks like a completely remodeled kitchen. Contracted T&T after this incredible job to paint the exterior of my house. Power washed, scrapped and the prep work was outstanding. 2 coats of paint along with the trim fantastic!!!! Nice guys. Highly recommend. Coming back to stain my deck
