They said they will be there between 11 and three no one showed up to about 5 o’clock 530 then when they got there the plumber was busy granted but he said he would be back to fix something so simple he never came back and never called thank God I knew a neighbor who was able to fix the issue and mind you the plumber was there no more than five minutes

Zero stars...Our experience was horrible. The tech missed two scheduled appointment times on two different days. He was not concerned that we had taken off work to be home for the service on two separate occasions. With both instances, we had to call him to see if he was coming at which time he would never give a definite answer. This was during the scheduled times. For the first missed appointment, he told us that if we wanted he would come at 10pm, which I don't think he would have but we rescheduled for the following day. We did not feel comfortable with anyone in our home at 10pm! When I called to confirm the second appointment because it was after the time that he said he would be there, he said "I could call someone else". I tried to explain that because he was contracting through my warranty company, that I could not call anyone else until he either came or released the job. I hope this tech does not reflect your other techs but if he does, your company should provide coaching on customer service, contracts through third parties (ie., warranty companies), and integrity to your technicians. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

If you are looking for a reliable honest plumber, Plumbing Experts of Florence is the plumber for you! They answered the phone and came out right a way to fix our clogged toilet. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing issues!
