Ordering flowers for a loved one who lives out-of-state, can be a daunting task. You are essentially putting trust and resources into an unknown person to provide this service.
Well, Keith Wheeler Flowers not only provided prodigious and exceptional service, I was given an experience. An experience of having exceptional customer service, along with the most resplendent bouquet of flowers I have seen to date! The quality, attention to detail and efficiency was simply remarkable.

Ordered flowers at last minute on Friday afternoon for a Sunday evening funeral service. Keith Wheeler's set up a Saturday del of a beautiful arrangement. They were very freindly and helpful. Would highly recomment this florist.

My little sister suffered a really tragic loss in her life and I wanted to send flowers to let her know I was thinking of her. I picked out an arrangement on Keith Wheeler Flowers' website. The arrangement that my sister received was nowhere close to what I ordered. I understand that florists sometimes have to make substitutions...but this is arrangement was laughably far from what I paid for. Please see the photos! I called the florist to ask what they could do. They said there's a disclaimer on their site that they don't have to make what you ordered. I've ordered flowers many, many times before and never had issues to this extent. The florist refused to remake the arrangement or to give me a refund. What a terrible experience and so sad that this florist would take advantage of people in grief. I recommend you avoid this florist at all costs.
