UPDATE 06/10/2022: I unfortunately feel I need to update my review I needed something else done I called them made an appointment I needed up so I thought fixing the issue I had and called them to cancel the appointment same day, I still have an issue and I have now called them twice and left messages and they will not return the calls idk if they were upset I canceled the appointment. But Im truly disappointed even if they didnt have time a call would have been nice. Yall this company is amazing. They did the job right, fast and was courteous and friendly. They charged me a decent price. I will always use them. You wont be disappointed. Service: Plumbing leak detection

I had hired a plumber to install an UpFlush toilet and basin in my basement and they totally botched the job - it was a nightmare! They were rude when I called to complain about constant flooding and wanted to charge me more to fix their mistakes. AwRite Plumbing came to my rescue! Nelsa (hope I spelled it right) was so reassuring and helpful when I called and gave me an appointment right away. Jason came and showed me what the other plumber had done wrong and then built the bathroom of my dreams!!! Very reasonable rates, professional and friendly and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix. Compare the 2 pictures and see what I mean. Gave these guys a horrible task of installing city water. The bad part was the 1100 feet of rock they had to dig threw to get the job done. Had several people come out and give me quotes but none of them ever returned a call or came back. AwRite came when they said they would and did an amazing job. Will call back when I start my bathroom remodel for sure! Service: Installation

This might sound silly, but all we have gotten so far is an estimate. Jason came over on time, gave us a fair estimate on the spot. Everyone else makes you wait for an email, which in our case never even showed up. Needless to say we are going with them. We just got a good vibe with him. Also they are working with us by taking payments.
