I was a patient there several years ago and recently had an eye emergency on a Sunday. I called their after hours care to see if they could see me. First, the receptionist was quite rude and seemed very put out that I had even called. She said if I wasnt a patient I couldnt be seen. But then, she did find me in their system. Dr. Wheeler was there on-call doc. She also seemed uninterested in seeing me, but did say that she could meet me there at 10. We were on our way when she called back to say she couldnt see me because my file wasnt current. Im guessing she didnt have my current insurance and didnt want to come in on a Sunday anyway. She didnt offer any advice other than just see an eye doctor the next day because a regular emergency room probably wouldnt know anything about eyes. So, I spent a miserable day and night with eye pain. Then they had the audacity to call Monday morning to schedule an appointment for me. Hahaha! Im not interested in giving them one dime of mine or my insurances money if its too inconvenient for them to help someone who is in desperate need of medical care.
