    I would not recommend moving here and the list is long on why not. First the gate sometimes shuts down and will not open. I was late to work because the gate has been messed up since we moved in 3 months ago. The pool has been closed for over a month in the hottest summer Nashville has experienced. I pay for valet trash but take my own trash out because valet doesn't always come and it brings nats all in the house. Do not be fooled by the pictures, everything that glitters ISN'T GOLD! Completely unprofessional, I can not wait for the lease to be up.

    Other than the fact that 90% of the amenities never work. The office staff is amoung the worst of the worst. Ive been trying to resign my lease to save some money on moving somewhere else and paying much higher rent. There was an issue with their online portal when it came to resigning my lease so I spoke with the office manager cierra to which she said she would try to work it out that I didnt have to pay month to month are you nuts??? Your system is broken I will absolutely not be paying month to month rates. The office manager cierra was suppose to be working with corporate to help resolve my issue and call me back by Monday the latest that was at the end of June. Ive been in there multiple times since asking for any sort of update or at the very least some sort of communication to which they can never give. The girl whose in the office almost every time I go is so lazy saying Ill put a note on your account and Ill let her know to call you I never hear anything at all. On top of it my A/C is broken (its 96 out) and they called me to say they would be coming in my unit today to fix it but when I got home still not fixed. So I called the front office 4 times at 5:40 (they close at 6pm) with no answer forcing me to go into the office and beg for an update. The first 10 months here no issues but the changes around here have been for the worse. Thats for sure. Hire new staff that knows how to communicate, its important if youre gonna be somewhere where nothing ever works and the blame is constantly put on you as the resident.

    Pool has been out of service for one month, full of algae. Trash everywhere and concrete is stained from the valet waste containers. This is much different from when I first moved in 2 1/2 years ago. They would keep the trash picked up, concrete power washed and the amenities clean. Ive made the suggestion to office management they could start power washing the stairs and concrete again to clean the spills and stains but they refused saying that doesnt work.

    Please do not move here! I would advise you to save your money and look for a better luxury apartment that will treat their tenants better. Upon moving to this apartment, me and my roommate had paid our first rent in July 0f 2021 and was told that we did not pay first month rent. I was doubled charged on my account twice and put on a 3 way conversation with my bank manger( Regions) , roommate ,and property manager( Heron Pointe) to verify that our payments went through. My roommate and I found out that we were correct and the property manager was incorrect. Since we were correct, they gave us a discounted credit for our next rent and apologized. My roommates toilet was broken twice with no service for 2 months prior of requesting maintained service. There is always bugs at this apartment complex mainly the living room and my bedroom. At other occasions, the front gate at times does not work and the pool is always closed for further notice. I placed a maintenance request to TODAY to have my carpet cleaned in my room since their is a few stains and I was told I would need to renew my lease to receive a carpet clean! I was shocked and very unpleased. My lease ends on Aug 1st of 2022 , and I can not wait to leave this unpleasant, dirty, apartment. Please do not be fooled by the pictures online, they will deceive you and over charge you.
