Cottonwood Apartments

I'm glad we are not moving here. Had the worst experience with these guys trying to move in. We looked at the apartments and decided to put a $50 deposit down. Told Summer everything we wanted and didn't want and the dates we were looking to move in. She disregarded everything we said and put us specifically where we said we didn't want to be (building and close by the highway) I told her we didn't want that apartment. She then tells me 510 and 516 would be ready for move in on March 30th. We call to get electric turned on for that day just for summer to tell us three days before moving in that the apartment won't be ready for at least another two weeks. These guys gave us the run around and kept trying to put us in apartments that we didn't want. Summer never even apologized for telling us that we can move in on the 30th when that wasn't the case. I had already taken off a week for work to move. They refuse to give us our deposit back even though we are no longer moving here. Please find somewhere else to stay.

I use to live there they have bedbugs they dont fix nothing they moved me in a dirty apt the office ppl are rude its a dump believe me the even put a eviction under my name even though I moved out a month before the court date they gave me

Please please please dont submit yourself to living in these conditions. I havent had a decent working air conditioner in months. It literally feels better to stand outside than inside my apartment (its august..in texas) they have changed managers more than i change underwear. Theres a giant tree branch waiting to fall on the parking lot at any second, and the grass comes up to my knees. But...of course, the pool has been redone and is currently being filled up. So, when it is, people can stay until 1 in the morning drunk off their minds without supervision, ah yes, and your friendly dog can take a swim too. Whats good about these apartments...well, theres a Denny's down the street. If you love yourself, your family, your sleep, your cars and if you have a drop of self respect...please dont move here.
