Budget Car Rental

I would definitely return a rental and or rent a vehicle from them.l, extremely helpful and pleasant.

Don't bother if you don't have a major credit card. I made a reservation ahead to ensure I had a rental over Thanksgiving. No prior warning that a credit card was needed to get a rental. Told me it was a no go, wouldn't even let my grandma use her credit card over the phone. Thanks for ruining the holidays, buddy. I'd put zero stars if I could.

Rented a car for 6 days. Ended up driving car 8 miles a returning the car 1 hr after initially renting it. Was charged 1 day rental for that hr. Then was told gas guage had to be on full or I would be billed. Put 1 dollar in tank to make the miserable woman behind counter happy. I will never consider budget rental again

Very nice staff here at this location. We returned our truck wen we moved to Hamlin in Dec 2022 n I was not a happy camper wen I arrived to return the truck bcuz of how Oklahoma City did us, the engine issues, delay in shifting gears itself, constant high rpms above 3800-4300 n not come down until transmission get the next gear n the truck was an automatic, n they got the truck in late in Oklahoma City, we waited for ovr an hour, and they didn't chek anything on the truck wen it came in but instead just handed me the keys right after previous customer gav them to him. So this location saw I was hot, took down every word as I spoke, apologized dreadfully on the part of OKC, and calmed my temper n I left in a gud mood!! Rented another truck at this location on Dec 21st, 2023, this time no issues (except 2 days of downpour rain while moving n next to no help) and they wer very helpful wen I pikd it up and very nice wen they called to reaffirm drop off. Didn't cost wat I figured it was Goin to which was nice. If u want a great car or truck rental experience, I suggest going to this location for ur Budget Rental Needs. THANK YOU FOLKS FOR TWICE, MAKING THIS EASIER and TURNING MY FROWN UPSIDE DOWN!
