Three experiences:
1. Needed water heater installed, but cranky owner would not provide estimate - wouldn't even hazard a guess as to material cost. Seemed to get offended when I told him I'm not getting into a significant plumbing project without an estimate. Guy wouldn't budge, so Cooper's didn't get the work.
2. After a simple bathroom vanity faucet installation we were charged $400. $400?! Really?! For a faucet? My wife, not knowing any better, paid the man. Note: the faucet stopper has never worked properly.
3. Alvin (?) did a great job installing kitchen faucet and disposal - really went the extra mile to save us money on what could have become a very expensive project. Everything works great.

Was in a bind and called Coopers plumbing to help. They came out completed the project and did a good job at that. Upon payment the plumber became very abrasive and started accusing me of lying about who owned the property (it's family owned) he demanded cash payment and insisted on following me to the bank. Not sure why the company doesn't accept credit card in 2017 but it was not brought to my attention until the project was completed. I had some additional items that needed the plumbers attention but after he began accusing me of lying and demanding a cash payment I thought it was best to pay him and call another plumber. Good work but the whole payment process was shady and the plumber came off as very abbrassive. For this reason I would not recommend Cooper Plumbing to anyone. If you do go with these guys bring cash or be prepared to be verbally accosted.

Once again, it was Cooper's Plumbing to the rescue. This time it was a outside faucet that was broken and running water. I called Melody at 4:30 PM and explained the situation. She arranged to have Alvin come over as soon as he finished with a job he was at in Lakeway. Within 30 minutes, Alvin was on site and by 5:30 he had fixed my problem. I can't say enough good about the professionalism and courtesy that both Melody and Alvin display every time I have needed a plumber. Alvin is excellent in his work in making the repairs. It is certainly refreshing to totally trust this family owned local business. Cooper's Plumbing will have all my business in the future. If you are looking for a company where a person actually answers the phone, that provides a quick response time, does excellent work at a fair price, then I highly recommend Cooper's Plumbing.
