Cabana on Everhart Apartments

Place is horrible. Water is cloudy and sometimes black and always being shut off. There is mold in apartment. Bathrooms over flow and no maintenance or emergency maintenance.

Allure Apartments is the best friendly, safe and drug free community I ever step foot in. And the people at the front office was amazing Ms. Victoria assured me I would love it here And boy was she right. It's a place I can finally call home. The front office is great and knowledgeable about whatever questions u may have and Ms. Victoria is the best when it comes to running a property and she does a great job in her position and being our manager that lady needs a raise. She's helpful and always goes by the book. I have seen people come and go but not this lady she's not just here for a check she's family.

Don't let the Band-Aids of this apartment fool you the leasing lady does not keep her word drops the the ball is there was a zero I would rate it a zero but always gave me an excuse on a move-in date I gave her all the documents and papers and the deposit and never could follow it through therefore I went to pick up my deposit because her and wasn't kept now I'm sitting here holding three months later $150 check that I cannot be reimbursed I have to spend another $15 and a stamp and 30 days for my $150 to get back to me also they deposit it so it might take longer very just honest people would not recommend this place for one second I've also called the property director she too has not gotten back to me

There's not enough room on here to write what's wrong with this place. The overwhelming amount of bulk trash makes this place look like the ghetto, tenants have to do without AC for a week, not enough lighting outside and there is disabled people here that need that lighting. Also there are people here who clearly don't like others making noise. I don't feel like upper management cares to much of the living situation here. There's a lamp post that's been laying on the ground with broken glass for a yr, office is aware and has done nothing about it. So needless to say I am not pleased.
