Excellent training for anyone in the home sales niche! This was the BEST training I've ever had in my career of 17+ years. The know how of "how to close" for uncapped sales potential is worth it's weight in gold (maybe chocolate)! Thank you to Ralph and Steve for this amazing experience!

I've been in the new home sales industry for 6 years and this is the best training I've received. Ralph and Steve were very knowledgeable, funny, and made me think. Even if you've been selling homes for a builder for a while, it is definitely worth it to take this class. We can all get stuck in a rut but this class will give you a refresher of what you know, teach you things you didn't, and new ways to do your job better. Thank you both for what you do!

I just finished a 3 day course with Ralph and Steve. Do yourself a favor, if you are considering taking this class, DO IT. You will learn how to be better in all aspects of selling. Better at selling means more money in your pocket. This program is fun, well thought out and full of amazing information.

I have attended the in-person 3-day Sales Solve Everything course in TX in 2020 and 2022. Both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional and impactful. I joined new home sales in Early 2020 and after I attended my first SSE course, I felt empowered and confident demonstrating my model home, helping home buyers understand their buying power, learning and understanding the many components in construction, and satisfying and creating a positive experience for the customers I serve. Both Ralph, Steve, and Chance communicate and deliver a lot of information in this course and they do it in a positive ans supportive atmosphere. I didn’t feel intimidated at all. I really enjoyed the pace and the change in environment. We didn’t just stay in a classroom setting the entire time. We went to model homes, walked houses in construction, and participated in individual and group exercises. The SSE team desires to project you upward and they want you to succeed.
