Hola lamento decirlo pero el gym esta muy descuidado, muchas maquinas de cardio descompuestas y estan asi ya hace un tiempo. Que lastima puesto que el gym no es muy economico.
Otra cosa es que deverian de hacer cumplir la norma de no textiar o usar los cellulares en las maquinas para esto no hay ni orden de parte del gym ni RESPETO de parte de las persona. Que lastima de verdad las personas van al gym y se la pasan con el cellular esto es increible. POR FAVOR QUE HAGAN ALGO. GRACIAS

This place is like a time capsule of what commercial gyms were like in the 2000s. It makes me appreciate how much fitness equipment has improved. The free weight section is fine, and gets the job done. The squat racks are really dated. The cage takes a minute to adjust the height, and the sides on the squat stands are high and make going AtG difficult. The location is convenient, and when the outdoor lights work, the parking lot isn't so creepy. It's bitter-sweet this place is closing in late November. I read somewhere there is a new Signature LA Fitness that is supposed to open at the Hillcrest/Arapaho intersection (Hillcrest Village) where the Minyards used to be. No new development there in a while, it would have be pretty sweet if they had just updated all the equipment and turned this site into the new Signature site as the Dallas Midtown project hopefully develops.

Always packed unless if u go in the mornings... If u dont good luck finding a empty machine its taken by insta model wanna be's w fake followers on their phone snapping more pics than curling. No one works put here everyone is on their phone for hours. Also equipment is ancient.
