For the past 3 years I have had to ask for a full refund for my kids pictures. As long as this company has been around you would think they would upgrade their equipment to accommodate all kids!! This company does not consider all the kids that wear glasses. The only option they give kids with glasses is to look at the floor or completely take their glasses off! I am going to ask the PTA committee to consider taking their business somewhere else.

No stars due to no communication on delay of photos as well as given several dates as to when photos would be ready, & saying that photos were mailed out twice when they had not been. I ended up canceling & being refunded. Upsetting & disappointed because these were my 1st born grandson's 1st Kindergarten photos & I could not wait to share the large package ordered with our family & friends. I did reach out to the school as well about the overall poor communication & just that life touch not apologetic about anything. I will not spend my hard earned money with life touch again, the lack of professionalism & customer service says a lot. Do better.

Paid my son's pictures on Nov 1 2021 still haven't received any pics. Whenever I make inquiries about the status I'm told 2-4 weeks, here it is almost 2022. Still haven't received what I paid for . I definitely won't be using this company again will be going elsewhere.

Lifetouch itself is the worst! Poor customer service and playing with my money. If I would have known this, I would have NOT purchased anything from them. Why bother calling in and offshore call center reps do not listen and asking same questions over and over then transferred around in circles....

Customer service is horrific! You can't get hold of anyone. I am very disappointed!
