This is the absolute worst place to go to. Horrible service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DEALER. STAY AWAY I am not just a disgruntle consumer. I will show you how the owner Philip fraudulently took my deposit 260.00 and still managed to try to charge an additional 45.05. Deposit for a truck (26ft) 260.00 My quote 151.00 with an estimateof 50 miles @ 0.89, yet when I got to the dealer the young man claimed he couldn't find my reservation and created a new on with incorrect information. My move was from N.W highway to Rowlett (7.1 miles) Rowlett to Forney (22 miles -2x = 44) Rowlett back to N.W highway (7.1) total 58.6 CHARGED 109.47(embleshes mileage 123 miles) +89.99 truck rental +17.50 taxes +17.00 liability insurance +45.05 gas replenishment = 278.96. Charged my account 3x 305.00 45.05 260.00 Budget the company like this carry and represent their brand, name and logo. 45.05 I agreed to for gas replenishment however the mileage overage is ATROCIOUS !!!!! This company will go bankrupt, taking advantage of consumers Go out of business already!!!!! not only was I the one that drove that truck to and fro but I actually took a shorter distance route to save on mileage

Id give it zero stars if it would allow. Reserved weeks in advance and even called and confirmed early in week of my Sunday arrival. The owner was the rudest man ever & refused to honor my budget rental truck confirmation because I complained that I had to take a larger truck at a higher price. Thats okay cuz its his loss & budget rental truck reputation he jeopardized! I went right down the street to U Haul & got exactly what I wanted & a very nice lady who appreciated my business. I will never use Budget Truck Rental or Avis car rental because of one owner Luis who has zero customer service and appreciation for consumers who make him money. I would never give my money to this business or company !

Told me I had to get the $25 insurance for the truck so I did. After returning the truck, I checked the billing receipt and they had charged me $35 for it. I called corporate and they said I didn't have to get the insurance if I would of just signed some papers.

If I wasn't moving put of DFW area this would have been my rental location forever. Luis made my experience a great one. I went to pick up a truck from a franchise location today. Well the price I was quoted the day before went up almost $300. So I was very upset. Found this location and mt price was cheaper than first quoted. Luis has great customer service skills. He did what he could to make my experience with Budget a great one. Thank you Luis because of you I will be referring that location to anyone that needs a rental.
